US Sales Development Rep
We are looking for a US-based strategic mobile-to-web and SaaS sales team member to join our established international technology company, headquartered in the San Francisco East Bay. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction and property markets to identify sales prospects and sell Imfuna business productivity solutions to fuel the growth of the company. The candidate will lead Imfuna's plan to double annual sales over the next 3 years for its suite of property-related apps in the United States, United Kingdom, and South Africa.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve new business goals by positioning Imfuna as a leader in our business, offering unique, value-added products and services
Establish strategic commercial relationships at the C-level and Director-level in prospect organisations
Identify, qualify and cultivate new sales leads through subscribed databases, publicly available sources such as LinkedIn, events, referrals, in-bound leads, cold-calls and follow-up calls
Present benefits of Imfuna SaaS apps and web platform environment; in-person and virtual
Meet/exceed quarterly targets such as number of leads generated, qualified opportunities per campaign, number of daily activities/tasks, call quality, appointment setting, and sales skills
Manage accounts post sale; regular communications to reinforce value and expand usage
Active in industry associations, represent the company at industry events, and establish strategic relationships. Serve as the voice-of-the-market back to the team
Work with the marketing team to help develop and refine highly effective campaigns
Maintain an accurate, timely and documented pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history and provide insight on lead movement
Communicate regularly with management, colleagues, and prospects to facilitate continued, long-term US growth
Stay current on market conditions, market needs, and competitor strategies, goals and approaches
Develop and maintain an expert-level knowledge of Imfuna SaaS solutions.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong understanding of the property and construction industry and technology trends, key players, terminology and overall economics of the marketplace
You are a passionate seller, a hunter with the aptitude to succeed. You love what you do and continually strive to learn more; self motivated and ability to work on their own
A highly energetic and enthusiastic sales person with the aptitude to succeed; self motivated and ability to effectively work on their own
Proficiency in developing account strategies, creating customer relationships, and accelerating engagements to close SaaS subscriptions
Strong analytical skills, including market strategy, customer requirements and success factors, and a value-based selling process
3+ year’s direct sales experience with a preference of selling mobile business productivity apps and SaaS
Tech savvy with a strong working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), Excel and PowerPoint is essential
Degree educated or equivalent
Travel as required.
