          This depends on how much data and how many photos you are trying to send. Imfuna sends your inspection data while you work, as long as the app is open and \u2018Auto-send\u2019 is On. If you don’t want to use your phone’s data plan to send your Imfuna data while in the field, switch your \u2018Auto-send\u2019 setting to Off while you work. When you have a wi-fi connection, open the app and turn \u2018Auto-send\u2019 back On. Note that on Apple devices, inspections only send when the app is open so it needs to stay open for the duration of the upload process.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          Check that your mobile device is connected to the internet, and that \u2018Auto-Send\u2019 is \u2018On\u2019 in your Imfuna app Settings. Sometimes sending may be interrupted. You can reboot the send by pressing the \u2018Re-send\u2019 double arrowed button next to your inspection on the app.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          • Download any past inspection from your Imfuna cloud account back to your mobile device.<\/p><\/li>

          • When reinspecting, you\u2019ll see reference photos and notes<\/strong> from the original inspection on the left side of your screen, and can add or replace data<\/strong> on the right side.<\/p><\/li>

          • Any information you don\u2019t replace will carry over automatically into your new inspection.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            This saves time on follow-up inspections and allows you to generate either a single updated condition report<\/strong> or a side-by-side comparison report<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

            Don\u2019t worry – this usually means your mobile app hasn\u2019t synced with your Imfuna cloud account yet.<\/p>

            2. Tap Sync<\/strong> to pull the latest templates and updates down to your device.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

              A slow app usually means your device storage is full<\/strong>. Photos, audio notes, and inspections stored on your device can quickly use up space.<\/p>

              To fix this:<\/p>

              • Clear out completed inspections<\/strong> after they\u2019ve been verified on the web.<\/p><\/li>

              • Ensure your device has enough free storage (delete unused apps or files if needed).<\/p><\/li>

              • The app will alert you with a pop\u2011up when your device is near capacity.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                Absolutely. If you have any amendments received from the tenant or landlord, or just noticed a spelling mistake in your report PDF, you can edit your data, and create a new report.                 Yes – you can attach a photo to any item in your inspection data, and it will then behave just like any other photo collected using the Imfuna app in the field – although, it will not contain any of the Imfuna secure meta-data, date, time, and location stamps.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                We use human beings to transcribe your dictations, not software, to maintain high accuracy. It can take 1 to 6 hours for your transcriptions to be completed.                 When our transcribers are not sure about a word or phrase but can make a guess, they will put it [in brackets]. When they cannot make an educated guess or the word is cut-off or inaudible they will use [??]. You have the ability on the web platform to search for all files containing brackets to conveniently edit them all at once.<\/p>
