Available on Android and iPhone, Imfuna Let uses dictation and digital photography to collect data combined with a detailed condition reporting tool for more in depth reports. The service also provides a cloud platform where users can check, edit and tailor the report, share with relevant parties and record comments. Over time this online platform can provide the history of a property that can be accessed by the property owner at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to CEO Jax Kneppers there is technology available that can make the inventory process simpler and ultimately improve any letting business. Imfuna Let have &#8220;taken the core skills of an inventory clerk and applied them using current technology. The result is an inventory process that is faster, simpler and more cost effective.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kneppers suggests it is &#8220;surprising&#8221; that in spite of a noticeable acceptance of technology there is &#8220;a real lack of adoption.&#8221; For example 77% said they had never considered a dedicated inventory software even though 90% of those surveyed said that technology could improve their service to clients, speed up the entire letting process and generally improve productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>43% of those surveyed said that they believed landlords are more likely to claim against tenants at the moment throwing the spotlight on the all important inventory and check in\/check out reporting process.
