The short version: it is free to enter, one entry each, the draw is at 15:30 on Tuesday 6 October 2026 at the Imfuna stand, and you don't need to be there to win. The full terms follow.
01The promoter
The promoter is Imfuna Ltd, 114a Cromwell Road, 3rd Floor, London SW7 4AG, registered in England & Wales under company number 07606499 (“Imfuna”, “we”). Questions about the draw: sales@imfuna.com.
02Who can enter
The draw is open to people working in residential surveying or valuation in the United Kingdom: chartered surveyors, surveyors and valuers, trainees and AssocRICS members, and staff of surveying firms, aged 18 or over. It is not open to employees of Imfuna and its group companies, employees of other property-software companies, employees of the event organiser, and the immediate families of any of them.
Anyone may submit the entry form, but a winner who does not meet these conditions is not awarded the prize and another winner is drawn. We may ask the winner for proof of eligibility (for example a RICS number, a firm website or a LinkedIn profile) before the prize is released.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Buying or trialling Imfuna does not improve your chances.
03How to enter
Enter once through the form at imfuna.com/ipad with your name and a valid email address, and tick the box to accept these terms.
- One entry per person. Duplicate entries for the same person are counted once.
- Entries open when the page goes live and close at 15:15 on Tuesday 6 October 2026. Entries received after that time are not included.
- Incomplete, illegible, automated or bulk entries, and entries made through anyone other than the entrant, are void.
- Ticking the separate monthly-email box is optional and has no effect on your entry.
04The prize
There is one prize: one Apple iPad 11-inch (A16 chip, Wi-Fi, 128GB).
The prize is not transferable and there is no cash or other alternative. If the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Apple is not a sponsor of, or involved in, this promotion, and Sava is not a party to it.
05How the winner is chosen
One winner is selected at random from all valid entries at 15:30 on Tuesday 6 October 2026 at the Imfuna stand at the Residential Surveying Expo 2026, Coventry Building Society Arena, Judds Lane, Longford, Coventry CV6 6AQ. The draw is made by Imfuna staff using a random-number method and recorded.
You do not need to be present at the draw to win.
06Telling the winner
We contact the winner by email, and by phone if a number was given, within 24 hours of the draw. The winner must confirm acceptance within 7 days of that first message, confirm their eligibility if asked, and provide a UK delivery address, or collect the prize in person by arrangement.
If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 7 days, is ineligible, or declines the prize, we will draw another winner from the remaining valid entries under the same rules.
The prize is delivered or handed over within 28 days of acceptance.
07Announcing the winner
With the winner's agreement we will announce their first name, surname initial and company at the stand and at imfuna.com/ipad/winner. The winner may decline this publicity by telling us when they accept the prize.
Anyone may ask for the winner's surname and county within 4 weeks of the closing date by emailing sales@imfuna.com. We share this unless the winner has objected.
08Your data
We use the details you enter (including your role and, if given, your RICS number) to run the draw, check eligibility, contact the winner and meet our obligations under the CAP Code. This is separate from marketing: we only send the monthly email if you ticked that box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Entry details are kept for 3 months after the draw and then deleted, unless you are subscribed to the monthly email or are already an Imfuna customer. Our privacy policy explains your rights and how to contact us about your data.
09General
- By entering you agree to these terms. Our decisions on any matter relating to the draw are final.
- We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received because of a technical failure or any other cause outside our reasonable control.
- We may cancel or change the draw if circumstances outside our control make that necessary, and will always act to avoid disappointing entrants.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
