How does the Professional plan work?
One flat monthly price covers one inspector with unlimited inspections, unlimited reports and unlimited photos - no per-report fees and no meter running. If your team grows, add a seat per inspector, or talk to us about a Enterprise agreement.
How does dictation work?
Speak your observations as you inspect and they come back as text in seconds - on the phone and on the platform - so you can correct anything while you are still standing in the room. AI Speech-to-Text is a flat R245 per user per month with unlimited dictation: no minute balance to top up and no meter running.
Does Imfuna work offline - through load shedding?
Yes - capture works fully offline by design. Photograph, dictate and complete inspections with no signal or power at the property, load shedding included. Transcription needs a connection, so anything recorded offline is turned into text as soon as you are back in coverage.
What is the Portfolio Dashboard bolt-on?
Every flagged defect from every inspection in your account, in one filterable grid: your own columns for condition, priority, cost, remedial action and remaining life, with one click from any row to the photo that evidences it. It replaces consolidating inspections in Excel by hand. It’s R595 a month per account - one fee however many inspectors capture the work - and on Enterprise it’s included.
What is the dedicated customer manager?
On Enterprise, your organisation has a named customer manager: one person who knows your account and your templates, and who you contact directly for setup, training and anything operational. Every plan includes onboarding support and live chat - the dedicated manager adds a single point of contact who already knows your organisation.
Is onboarding training included?
Yes - live online onboarding training for your whole team is included on every plan, and it isn’t a one-off. When someone joins later, they can request the same training at any time, so new starters never have to learn the system second-hand. On Enterprise, on-site onboarding and training at your offices can be scoped into your quote.
Can I try Imfuna before subscribing?
Yes - the Professional plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required, so you can run real inspections before you commit.
What’s the benefit of paying annually?
Annual billing gives you two months free - you pay for 10 months and get 12. Professional works out at R8,500 a year instead of R10,200.
I do commercial or portfolio work - which plan is for me?
Enterprise. Commercial surveying, portfolio condition programmes and developer work run at a different level of complexity - condition surveys, schedules of condition and planned maintenance across whole portfolios. Enterprise agreements add the templates and workflows for that work, advanced account configuration, and the Portfolio Dashboard, with scope and pricing agreed with our team.
