What exactly do you build?
Both halves, end to end. The inspection template that drives capture in the field: structure, standard notes, Rapid Text phrases, condition sliders and drop-downs. And the report layout your clients receive: branding, cover, headers and footers. When it ships, the whole journey from tap to PDF is yours.
How much does it cost?
$675 as a one-off, for most reports. The final quote depends on the complexity of your sample and is confirmed on the call before any work starts. On Enterprise and custom agreements the build can be included in your individual quote instead.
How long does it take?
The first version typically lands within 5 working days of the requirements call, and each revision round within 2 to 3 working days. Three versions in, most templates are done.
What if it still isn't right after three versions?
Three versions resolve almost every build. If yours needs more, further iterations are quoted separately - contact sales@imfuna.com and we'll agree the scope.
What happens to the document I upload?
It's stored privately, shared only with the Imfuna team working on your request, and deleted after 6 months - or earlier if you ask. An anonymised sample is ideal: we need the structure, not the personal details in it.
Can I build a template myself instead?
Yes - the template builder is part of the web platform on every plan, and adjusting the templates in our library is part of getting set up. This service is for when you want your existing report recreated properly without doing the work: a specialist builds it, you review it.
