Offline-first capture on iOS or Android: photos with GPS and time stamps - up to 1,500 per inspection - voice dictation, and condition ratings. A full day with no signal is the normal case.

Renters' Rights Act
The rules changed on 1 May.
Section 21 is gone. Possession now runs on Section 8 grounds, and Section 8 runs on evidence. The inventory, the mid-term and the check-out are no longer good practice - they are the case file.

Questions we get
What happens to the reports in our current system?
They stay valid - but not necessarily stored. Check your provider’s retention terms before you cancel: stored reports and photos are commonly deleted 30 to 90 days after cancellation, and some providers charge for exports once the account is closed. Download the PDFs and your photos while the account is live; a downloaded report remains valid evidence. Imfuna does not import another system’s data; your record here starts with your first inspection, captured and frozen properly.
Can we switch mid-tenancy?
Yes. A tenancy that checked in on the old tool checks out on it, or checks out on Imfuna against the old report’s PDF. New tenancies start on Imfuna from day one, so the portfolio moves over one tenancy cycle without a hard cut-over date.
Do we have to rebuild our templates from scratch?
No. The library templates are ready to use, and adjusting them to your structure and wording is part of onboarding - or you can build your own in the app. If you would rather hand it over, share a sample of the report you issue today on the Custom Report Template Build page and a specialist rebuilds it in Imfuna, end to end. On Enterprise and custom agreements, speak with our team - the build is part of your individual quote.
What should we download before cancelling the old tool?
Everything you might ever need to produce again: the finished report PDFs, your photos, and any property or client lists your plan can export. Do it while the account is live - some platforms charge for exports after cancellation, and stored data is commonly deleted 30 to 90 days later. Bring it to a walkthrough and we will go through your provider's terms with you.
