How does per-seat pricing work?
Each seat covers one surveyor. Every seat carries its own monthly survey allowance, and you can add or remove seats as your team changes.
What happens when I reach my monthly survey allowance?
You can move up a tier at any time and the new allowance applies immediately. To upgrade, email sales@imfuna.com, message support, or ask in the live support chat inside the platform. If you’re regularly capturing more than 30 surveys a month, the Business plan is the better value.
How does dictation work?
Speak your observations as you survey and they come back as text in seconds - on the phone and on the platform - so you can correct anything while you are still standing in the room. AI Speech-to-Text is included on Business and Commercial with unlimited dictation: no minute balance to top up and no meter running. On Professional it’s a bolt-on at £20 per user per month.
What is the Portfolio Dashboard bolt-on?
Every flagged defect from every survey in your account, in one filterable grid: your own columns for condition, priority, cost, remedial action and remaining life, with one click from any row to the photo that evidences it. It replaces consolidating surveys in Excel by hand.
It’s available on Business and Commercial at £149 a month for accounts with up to 5 seats, or £299 a month from 6 - one price for the whole account. On Enterprise it’s included in your custom plan. It’s not available on Professional.
Does dictation work without a signal?
Capture works fully offline - you can record throughout a property with no connection at all. Transcription needs a connection, so anything recorded offline is turned into text as soon as you are back in coverage.
What is the dedicated customer manager?
On Commercial and Enterprise, your practice has a named customer manager: one person who knows your account and your templates, and who you contact directly for setup, training and anything operational. Every plan includes onboarding support and live chat - the dedicated manager adds a single point of contact who already knows your practice.
Is onboarding training included?
Yes - live online onboarding training for your whole practice is included on every plan, and it isn’t a one-off. When someone joins later, they can request the same training at any time, so new starters never have to learn the system second-hand. On Enterprise, on-site onboarding and training at your offices can be scoped into your quote.
Can I try Imfuna Surveyor before subscribing?
Yes - every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can run real surveys before you commit.
What’s the benefit of paying annually?
Annual billing saves 15% compared to paying monthly - for example, Professional works out at £665 per seat per year instead of £780.
What’s different about the Commercial plan?
Commercial surveying and building consultancy work at a different level of complexity - dilapidations, schedules of condition and planned-maintenance programmes across whole portfolios. The Commercial plan adds the templates and workflows for that work, and advanced account configuration set up with our team. The Portfolio Dashboard is available as a bolt-on, and further bolt-ons can be tailored to your practice.
