Set up your templates
Locked RICS Home Survey Level 1, 2 and 3 and Building Survey templates are already there, with the RICS standard-notes libraries. Your own formats are configured with you - structure, wording, branding.
Run your first survey
Offline-first capture on iOS or Android: photos with GPS and time stamps, floor-plan pins, and dictation biased to RICS vocabulary. A full day with no signal is the normal case.
Retire the old tool
Download your reports and photos from the old account before you cancel it - then close it. Everything from here is captured once, frozen on generation, and kept for seven years.

What happens to the reports in our current system?
They stay where they are. Finished reports are finished - keep the PDFs, and keep access to your old account for as long as its retention terms require. Imfuna does not import another system’s data; your record here starts with your first survey, captured and frozen properly.
Are the RICS Home Survey templates actually to the standard?
Level 1, 2 and 3 and the Building Survey templates are locked to the RICS formats and ship with the RICS standard-notes libraries. Imfuna is a RICS Tech Partner; the dictation vocabulary is biased to survey language.
Do we have to rebuild our own templates from scratch?
No. The library templates are ready to use, and adjusting them to your structure and wording is part of onboarding - or you can build your own in the app. If you would rather hand it over, share a sample of the report you issue today on the Custom Report Template Build page and a specialist rebuilds it in Imfuna, end to end. On Enterprise and custom agreements, speak with our team - the build is part of your individual quote.
What should we download before cancelling the old tool?
Everything you might ever need to produce again: the finished report PDFs, your photos, and any property or client lists your plan can export. Do it while the account is live - some platforms charge for exports after cancellation, and stored data is commonly deleted 30 to 90 days later. Bring it to a walkthrough and we will go through your provider's terms with you.
